Consulting with Graduate Students
The purpose of this guide is to aid undergraduate students who will assist graduate-level writers as part of their work in the writing lab. It gives an introduction to genres common in graduate writing and describes a series of strategies for understanding the common "moves" in these genres. These include the Creating a Research Space (CARS) model.
