As part of the Purdue OWL's ongoing mission to facilitate writing center research, we are hosting two studies conducted by the University of Colorado at Boulder. These studies show the significant impact of UCB's Writing Center on retention, GPA, and graduation rates.
The first study compares students who used the services of the UCB Writing Center in their first year vs. those who did not.
The second study investigates the relationship between taking a writing course and academic success in the Freshman year at UCB.
